Tekeats.
Ordering that stays with the restaurant.

A commission-free ordering platform: the restaurant’s own website and apps, a live order board at the counter, menus built for food with choices, and card payments that land in the restaurant’s account.

Tekeats home page: “Every order comes straight to you”, with a photo of a restaurant counter and a tablet showing live order statuses.

Live, signing its first restaurants

Built by our founding team before Averolt was formed in March 2026. The studio now supports and extends it.

What changed after launch.

Tekeats went live with its first restaurants in August 2026, each taking orders through its own storefront.

Screens from the live product

A shopfront in the restaurant’s colours

Diners see the restaurant’s name, colours and menu, then check out for collection or delivery without seeing another brand.

Tekeats section “A shopfront that looks like you, not like us” with a colour picker and a sample ordering page for Margherita Pizza.

Orders land on a live board

Accept, prepare, ready, out for delivery. Every change is stamped, the customer sees it happen and dockets print to a standard receipt printer.

Tekeats section “Orders arrive, dockets print, service moves” with three order cards marked New, Accepted and Ready.

Menus built for food with choices

Sizes, toppings, half-and-half, per-branch prices. Sold out mid-service? Snooze the item and it comes back on its own.

Tekeats section “Built for food that comes with choices” showing a Classic Beef Burger item with tags, a branch price and a snooze toggle.

Payments and pricing that stay with the restaurant

Card payments go through the restaurant’s own account. A fixed monthly fee instead of a percentage of every order.

Tekeats About page: “Restaurants should own their own ordering” and a diagram from customer to payment provider to the restaurant’s bank account.

Made for the phone in someone’s hand

The site and the ordering flow are built for small screens first.

A page for each kind of food business

Takeaways, fish and chip shops, pizza shops and multi-site groups each get their own way in.

  • We came to Averolt with one idea: restaurants should own their online ordering instead of paying a marketplace for every order. They turned it into a working platform, from the storefront and apps to the order board at the counter, and explained every decision in plain terms along the way.
