Who we are

These terms are between you and Averolt, a software studio run by its two founders, Khawar Hussain and Jahanzaib Ramzan, from Lahore, Pakistan.

Averolt is not a registered company yet. Until it is, “Averolt”, “we” and “us” on this page mean the two founders, and this section will name the company once it exists. Email hello@averolt.com with any question about these terms.

Using this site

These terms cover the public Averolt website. They are not a statement of work and they do not sell a packaged product.

Use the site to understand the studio and to start a conversation. Do not rely on it as legal, financial or technical advice for your business.

Services

Averolt scopes custom software, AI agents, automation, DevOps solutions and product support per engagement. Pricing, timelines and deliverables are agreed in writing for that work.

Nothing on this site is an offer to the public at a published price.

Enquiries

Send a brief and Book a call are the contact routes on this site. Both send what you write straight to the studio. If a send fails, the page offers to open the same message in your own email app instead. A brief is an enquiry, not an accepted instruction, and a call request is not a booked meeting until both sides confirm a time.

The project brief template downloads without a form. If you leave an email address to have it sent instead, we use it to send the template and to reply if you ask us something. It does not add you to a mailing list. The Privacy page explains how everything you send is handled.

Please use the forms for real enquiries. The site checks for automated submissions and may refuse them, and we may not answer messages that are abusive or plainly sent in bulk.

Site materials

Averolt owns the site’s design, copy and brand marks unless a credit says otherwise. Tool logos in the stack section identify technologies we may use; they do not imply partnership or certification.

Screenshots of client products on the Work pages belong to those clients and appear with their permission.

Do not copy the site to present another studio as Averolt.

Links to other sites

The Work pages link to our clients’ live products and app store listings, and the footer links to our social profiles. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Limitation

The site is provided as published. Averolt is not liable for decisions made only from marketing pages, stack lists or an unanswered enquiry.

A signed project agreement, when there is one, governs the work, including venue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore deal with any dispute about them.

If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you that cannot be set aside by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and the studio change. The date at the top of the page is the current version.
