Founders
You have a product idea or an early version and need it built properly, before there is a team to hire.
Find your starting pointAverolt is a software studio for founders and operations leads. We turn a real problem into working software in small, reviewable steps, and we stay to keep it running.
You have a product idea or an early version and need it built properly, before there is a team to hire.
Find your starting pointYour team’s tools don’t fit the way it works, and you need the manual steps removed without a year-long project.
Find your starting pointThe person who scopes your build stays accountable for it until real users are on it. No hand-off to someone you haven’t met.

FounderAI and platform engineering
I started Averolt so the people who design your system are the ones who build it and answer for it in production.
I founded Averolt in March 2026 to run the kind of team I would want to hire: the people who design a system also build it and support it. Behind that are eight years shipping production software, most recently leading a squad of around ten engineers across two teams on AI and integration work, including a gateway that puts four AI providers behind one production service. I built ParkFlow’s airport parking platform from scratch in Laravel and Vue.js.

Co-founderProduct and delivery
I co-founded Averolt to take products from a first conversation to real users, without hand-offs in between.
As co-founder I own how the work is scoped and delivered: what gets built first, what should wait, and what it takes to get it live. I’ve spent ten years building and shipping software, including multi-vendor delivery platforms and live consumer apps, and the unglamorous work that decides whether a product survives once people start using it.

Project managerPlanning and delivery
I keep the build on plan, and I make sure you always know where it stands.
I turn what you need into a backlog the team can build from, run delivery in short Agile cycles, and raise risks while there’s still time to act on them. I’ve spent more than eight years in client-facing roles, five of them in project and product management, business analysis and presales for fintech and SaaS products.

Lead engineerFull-stack and enterprise apps
I lead the engineering on your build, from the Laravel backend to the Vue or React front end.
I’m a senior full-stack engineer and engineering team lead, and I specialise in high-performance, enterprise-scale web applications. I work across the Laravel ecosystem and modern front ends like Vue.js and React, and I keep an eye on the architecture so it holds up as the product grows.

Senior product UI/UX designerDesigning AI products
I design the parts of an AI product people actually touch, so it’s clear what the AI did and what to do next.
More than five years designing AI-powered SaaS platforms and enterprise systems. I work on how an assistant shows its answer, where a person steps in, and how each screen explains what the system just did. The design system grows alongside the screens, so what we design is what gets built.
Small on purpose, and still early. This is what has happened since the studio started.

Tekeats, ParkFlow and Kalaam. Our founding team built them before the studio began, and Averolt supports them now.
See the workFor you, that meansWe agree the first useful piece of work before we choose tools. The stack follows the problem.
For you, that meansEvery review shows something that runs. You decide on what you can try, not on what we describe.
For you, that meansIf a request is expensive, risky or unnecessary, you hear it before it costs anything.
For you, that meansDocumentation, tests and a handover are part of the scope. Support after launch is agreed, not assumed.
Every week of a build has the same shape. You see working software by Friday, and you know what we need from you before Monday.
Fewer surprises, because nothing waits until the end.
Nothing here is an extra. It is what a project includes.
Four ways to get software built. Here is when each of the others is the better choice, and when we are.
The work is permanent, and you can wait for a search, a notice period and a ramp-up.
You need it working in weeks, or you do not yet know enough to write the job description.
One contained piece of work, a clear brief, and someone on your side to manage it.
The work spans design, build, infrastructure and support, or one person becoming unavailable would stop the project.
You need a large team assembled at once, or a procurement process you can point at.
You want the people who scoped the work to be the people who build it and answer your questions.
The people who scope the work build it, you see something running every week, and you leave able to run it yourself.
You need a large team next month, or a name your board already recognises.
If one of the first three fits your situation better, we will say so. That is easier than taking on work we are the wrong shape for.
