Before you write
Do I need a specification?
No. A real example of the work is the most useful thing you can bring. We help separate the problem from the possible solutions before anything is scoped.
What can I share safely?
Anything you would put in an email. Your brief travels over an encrypted connection and lands in our team’s Slack workspace, where only Averolt reads it. For anything sensitive, say so and we will agree confidentiality before you share it.
How soon will you reply?
We aim to reply within two working days. If a brief needs more thought than that, we say so and tell you when to expect a proper answer.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. Most projects begin with one useful piece of work you can review, not a long programme.
